Church members at Capital Pride hold signs reading 'God loves you just as you are' and 'Jesus loves you and so do we.'

You're already welcome here. No asterisks.

A multiracial, LGBTQIA+ affirming church in DC. We'll say it plainly, because too many churches still won't: you are loved by God exactly as you are.

LGBTQIA+ people belong in every part of this church: at the Table, in the pews, in leadership, and in the pulpit. No conditions. No "welcoming but not affirming." No fine print.

Gatherings

We're planning gatherings for LGBTQIA+ folks and the people who love them. Leave your email and we'll send you an invite. No spam, no pressure, no surprise sermons in your inbox.

The Table's group marches at Capital Pride under rainbow and progress flags.

What a Sunday is like

  • Drums and guitars, not robes and organs.
  • About 70 people on a typical Sunday, genuinely mixed, with women, LGBTQIA+ people, and people of color leading and preaching.
  • Weekly Communion, open to everyone, no membership required.
  • We call God she, they, and he.
  • No dress code, no test to pass.

Sundays at 10:30 a.m. at 33 Riggs Road NE, inside DC Bilingual, and live online at the same time. Kids are welcome, with nursery and TableKIDS through 5th grade during the service.

What Sunday is like
Two people at Capital Pride hold a sign reading 'Protect trans kids.'

If church has wounded you, we understand the hesitation. There's no pressure to walk in before you're ready. The invitation stays open.
