November 2025 Financial Summary

WHERE WE ARE RIGHT NOW (End of November)

We have $18,820 in our general fund, plus $9,128 in restricted funds (money designated for specific purposes).

However, we owe $7,100 in bills that have already come in, plus another $9,045 to DC Bilingual for October, November, and December services that we haven't been invoiced for yet.

Bottom line: After paying what we owe, we have about $2,675 available right now.

WHAT WE EXPECT IN DECEMBER

The good news is that December is historically our strongest giving month. We're projecting about $60,000 in income:

$20,000 from large donations we know are coming

$40,000 from regular December giving and our current fundraising campaign

Our December expenses (including catching up on those outstanding bills and running our regular December operations) will be around $39,909.

If this projection holds, we'll end 2024 with approximately $38,000 in unrestricted cash — which gives us a much healthier cushion heading into the new year.
